A follower of Keirou. Seemingly one of the primary antagonists, he manipulates many people from behind the scenes all for the purpose of seeing "people die." He holds the demon sword of all seeing eye,Banshoushimei and is able to use spells. "Shimei" is who ever holds the Banshoushimei. He is revealed to be a demon who thrives on negative emotions.
